Structuring of the Tricimóvil System of Bogotá – Colombia.

OBJETO: This work involved the technical, technological, legal and financial structuring for the provision of public passenger transport services in motorized and non-motorized tricycles or tricycles with assisted pedaling for the city of Bogotá.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROYECTO: A diagnosis of the current tricycle service was carried out, justifying the need for implementation in the areas identified. The conditions of time and place in which the service should be provided were established, identifying the radius of action, transport capacity, demand, the model for fares, and technological conditions, amongst others. There was also a proposal for a model of access to the service, including the enabling conditions for those interested in being providers, including legal documents needed for implementation. Finally, a proposal was delivered for a social management plan to mitigate impacts, and a Service Implementation Plan.
